B. Place the files in the specified format

2.Place the files you prepared above into "Application documents" folder.
3.Zip the folder.
C. Zip the folder
1. Select "Apply JIPA Program" in the "Type" field of contact form.
2. Fill in all the required information and upload your zipped. application documents in the "Application Documents" field of. contact form.
3. Click the "Submit" button to complete your submission.
